1-HOUR PITCHING LAB
Whether Rookie Lab, or Regular Pitching Lab, this hour is highly specialized group training. Similarly to a high school science lab, students will train in a detailed and organized manner that emphasizes problem solving, independence AND rapid skills growth. Lab training promotes ownership, work-ethic, and self-motivation which we believe are key training tools found in every successful elite athlete, specifically in a sport such as softball that requires nuance, detail, and finesse.
